People at Windsor Care will be provided with the support necessary which promotes independence through rehabilitation programmes as a result of assessments and care plans that are developed with the individual as a priority.

People will be given opportunities to participate in local activities and community life whenever possible. If a person has a particular interest or hobby we will be happy to oblige in ensuring that this can continue.

We will continue to ensure that we promote equality, rights of the individual, customs and diversity throughout a person's journey at Windsor Care.

Windsor Care offers service users exceptional levels of care for a number of mental health conditions in a well-maintained therapeutic environment.

The staff at Windsor Care enjoy a cheerful and non-institutional atmosphere, they are skilled in providing support and engaging with people. There are able to facilitate a various range of therapeutic interventions aimed at client centred care first and foremost, this might include family, psychodynamic, occupational, art, drama and other complementary therapies.

Our multidisciplinary team includes a Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Registered nurses, Occupational Therapy, and support workers.

Through our multi-disciplinary approach we aim to get people better in an effective and seamless manner so that people are able to move on into an independent lifestyle.
